All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Best Limos before service starts. Pricing shown in the quote is valid for the requested route, date, time, and passenger count and may change if the itinerary is altered.
Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off details, and are responsible for ensuring all passengers are ready at the scheduled time. Best Limos is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information, late customer arrival, or traffic conditions outside our control.
Cancellation & Waiting Policy
Cancellation fees may apply depending on the type of service, timing of the cancellation, and vehicle availability. Standard waiting time is included for airport and local pickups unless otherwise specified in the booking confirmation.
Additional waiting charges may apply when the vehicle is delayed due to late customer arrival or when the service exceeds the booked duration.
Payment & Security
Final payment terms will be confirmed during booking. We accept secure payment methods as arranged with the customer care team. Any modifications to the booking may affect the final quote.
Liability & Service Limits
Best Limos will make every effort to provide safe, courteous, and punctual service. We reserve the right to adjust the service plan in cases of weather, road closures, or emergencies that affect travel time.
